Melenberg is a real estate agent who knows the laws and rules well and hides behind them when, for example, there are hidden defects. A house purchased through this agent turns out to have many defects afterwards, Mr. invokes and throws around rules. While the house is as leaky as a sieve... don't buy through this agent is my advice.
