Very bad experience with this real estate agent. We had bought a house, yes verbally. The next day we were going to sign the papers. What did that idiot do, sold it to someone else. Yes, he says, there was nothing on paper, and you can't prove anything to me. They could have made something of it, but luckily they are not the only real estate agent. They also sell houses that are not structurally sound. Everything revolves around money with this real estate agent. Very bad, be careful with this real estate agent; they don't honor their agreements.

Terrible realtor! Very unethical. Bid on a house and lost the bid. Overbid a very reasonable amount, unfortunately lost. Look at the winning bid - made 5 minutes before the deadline - but a very small amount higher. Unethical practices to help their clients by 'submitting a bid' that 'accidentally comes close to the second-highest bid'. Do not recommend. Then they called me and asked if I was interested, in case the buyer would 'back out'. Of course he didn’t, I was only used as leverage to retain his deal. 👎
