Terrible realtor! Very unethical. Bid on a house and lost the bid. Overbid a very reasonable amount, unfortunately lost. Look at the winning bid - made 5 minutes before the deadline - but a very small amount higher. Unethical practices to help their clients by 'submitting a bid' that 'accidentally comes close to the second-highest bid'. Do not recommend. Then they called me and asked if I was interested, in case the buyer would 'back out'. Of course he didn’t, I was only used as leverage to retain his deal. 👎
