I have, as part of the purchasing party, very serious doubts about Mrs. R.A. Ferdinands, she supported the seller and when we came with complaints about how the situation with contamination on the site and we should not have to put up with it, however 20 containers and 100 m2 of mess and trash we know better. I would not advise anyone to get in touch with this lady, arrogant, no class and a drama queen. I'm curious how the second part will go (LOL)

Agricultural valuation requested via this office in connection with purchase. Competent and knowledgeable agricultural valuers with a good understanding of business. Below I accidentally read a review about Mrs. Ferdinands, I don't recognize her at all in this description. We are very satisfied and can certainly recommend her as well as the other staff members of the office.

Unreliable party! Mr. Oostra is arrogant and possesses no competence befitting the code of conduct of an NVR receiver. Certainly does not act in good faith, lies and deceives, is completely careless and certainly not honest. Definitely do not do business with him; he says he's too busy to return calls or answer a phone call, so he certainly can’t use any new clients, clearly not capable enough.

Complaints about property managers can be reported to 'the property manager's chamber'. Through this chamber, a disciplinary procedure can be started. Mr. Oostra has already been summoned. The allegations against Mr. Oostra have been declared well-founded. We have experienced Mr. Oostra in exactly the same way as described in the review below by C.S. Oostra’s actions are best described as white-collar crime. Oostra abuses the property management position and certainly does not adhere to the code of conduct.

Ik heb het contact met ten Cate Real Estate als positief ervaren. Vriendelijke medewerkers. Hoewel de nieuwe huurders op moment van opleveren nog niet bekent waren heeft Bas op later moment toch nog de overname van de stoffering geregeld met de nieuwe bewoners. Bedankt voor de fijne afronding !!!

Don't pay for their subscription. The number of reactions they display are incorrect. If a property has already been on the site before, the reactions count continues. So a newly posted property will immediately start counting from the number of reactions it had the last time it was there. It doesn't save anywhere, so these statistics are worthless.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to give a 0, but let me state this clearly. If you are looking for a website that helps you find accommodation, I recommend you choose any other website except Pararius. I once bought a subscription for just one month and canceled it at the end of the month, but somehow those scammers made me pay a kind of debt for the period in July at the end of the year (in December). I did not receive any notification for almost half a year that I had an outstanding amount to pay, which meant I not only paid for the subscription but also a fine (which was actually higher than the subscription itself). In short, if you are looking for a tool to make your life easier (when it comes to finding a place to stay) - DO NOT CHOOSE PARARIUS - their main goal is to SCAM YOU!

Ook na de sleuteloverdracht bleef de service top. De woning was in perfecte staat; geen verborgen gebreken of onverwachte problemen. Kortom: een professioneel, betrouwbaar en klantgericht makelaarskantoor. We raden Ten Cate Real Estate absoluut aan!

Pararius could be better named “Only for Students”. The platform is completely meaningless for regular housing seekers. Day in and day out, only houses with the note 'only for students' are put online. Even with a paid Pararius Plus account, you get no fair chance and not a bit of transparency. The only time I got a viewing was for a house that literally was about to collapse. This platform gives the impression of arbitrariness and unequal treatment. Absolutely disappointing and certainly not a recommendation for anyone seriously looking for a decent home.

Looking for a room or a rental house? I really looked everything up but kept ending up at Pararius with the best and most current and complete offering! A relief for me after all the other websites I had visited. Keep up the good work!

Don't tell anything at all. It costs a lot and then you get the worst service in the Netherlands. My partner and I had responded to a house and we would hear something within 2 days. We are not emailed or called, so we call and email ourselves. Nothing is clear and no one can help us. Then a week later, we see that it's been rented out. So there you have it, that premium bullshit.

As a letting agent, we have been working with Pararius & Pararius office for several years now. We are always well supported, proactively helped and kept up to date. Keep it up!

I gave two stars because I want to be nice. Where do we start? *1 euro and then 29 to pay. Know that if you do this with the thought that you will cancel before the end of the month, you're completely wrong. They charge you 29 at the end of the month anyway, even if you cancel your subscription earlier. *You find a house on the website, you call and they say it's already booked, and then there's another house that's three times as expensive. I'm stopping here, I don't feel like writing anymore. Too nervous. Thieves.

The website is nothing more than a bulletin board for real estate agents. You pay 19 euros per month for Pararius (why? Just for an e-mail newsletter!) and then you pay each real estate office separately if you want to request a viewing. Requesting via Pararius is fictitious. There are even property advertisements that have long been full of viewings, old advertisements thus. Just a lure for real estate agents.
