Worst service ever experienced. I should have gotten € 10,38 cash back. I asked if it could be in two notes of € 5.00. That was not allowed by the cashier as his branch manager had forbidden him because that would cost too much money. This says a lot about this branch manager and how he thinks about customer service. I was on the road but will drive a bit further next time. Never coming here again. Collected nearly € 90 worth of groceries. So I came not only to exchange money.
Sad to see a shop seems to be going under because of traffic measures. Downward spiral due to unreachability, no customers and then the purchases can't be paid anymore. Empty shelves as a result. Sad!

Large shop with lots of choice. They have self-checkouts and sometimes that causes confusion. I scanned 2 bags of nuts and the machine forced me to enter 2. If you don't do that, things get stuck. Solution: don't scan one after the other. Self-scanning reduces waiting time but costs jobs. Good if we only have to work five hours a day for the same wage.
Nice branch for a village like Grijpskerk. From the Herestraat it is not clearly visible and for an unfamiliar person it's a bit of searching. The shop is neat, the shelf maintenance is good and the staff is friendly. The parking lot is spacious but somewhat illogical. Unfortunately, some empty shelves in the A-brands that are on sale.
Well-stocked shop, also with less common items. Wide aisles. Friendly staff. Unfortunately since the self-checkout I try to avoid this shop. There is only one regular checkout left and I am almost always picked for a spot check at the self-checkout. That takes time and more importantly: you feel uncomfortable. Apparently they have an algorithm that causes me to get a spot check very often. Advice to Geertsma: stop the self-checkout or adjust the algorithm.
I couldn't find something and was immediately helped
Were there yesterday afternoon around half past 4 (Sunday September 8) At the checkout, the girl behind the counter was too chatty with her colleague who was at the self-checkout. She kept chatting about vacation etc while scanning and finished her story calmly before she came to check out with us. Unprofessional was she, and I wonder if you want someone like that working in your store... For me a reason not to come shopping here anymore because I am really bothered by this.

Items well scanned with self scan. Control. A girl is going to claim that I did not scan everything, making a big fuss. And while you are doing your service, you are taken out again and again for no reason. While the mistake is at the store ... Very bad.

Good store. The self-checkout machines are not quite working smoothly or efficiently yet, but I think that is due to the Saturday rush (I was there around 11am). Today there were delays because only one employee was manning both the service counter and self-checkout, causing customers who needed a check-out to not be helped immediately. The space is also quite tight at the self-checkout. The shopping carts from the nearby registers were blocking the doorway partially, causing a bottleneck in the passage. In my experience, on a regular weekday day it runs smoothly through.

A large selection on a small location
Just like every jumbo, this one is not much different, a nice cooling in these warm days. Fresh goods nicely displayed at a pleasant height. You can reach it so easily. The other items are also standing there nicely and within easy reach, which is a choice. Furthermore, the layout of this Jumbo seemed somewhat more playful compared to the other Jumbo’s I already know.

I was with Christmas and New Year's nearby at the campsite. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Knowledgeable? Yes, the butcher from the supermarket was a nice person. Something had gone wrong with my caravan's fridge, he gave advice. Helped me choose the meat as well, and the owner was a nice man and very helpful, and that radiated throughout the entire supermarket. Also a pick up point for online ordered groceries. This is located at the back of the building, clearly indicated on the building.
