I personally found it very nice that much contact with Dijkstra went through WhatsApp. This way we received updates about viewing schedules, questions could be sent to us during viewings and if we had questions in between we could simply send a message. As an autistic person, I really hate phone calls so Whatsapp was truly the perfect solution for me. In addition, the communication was clear and our house was sold quickly. Even when we had accepted an offer and the bidder subsequently withdrew after a few days, this was handled very well. We were of course worried that our house would not sell anymore but Douwe was confident in that regard and gave us the feeling everything was under control. And he did have it under control because we had many more bids and so we could simply continue with other interested parties.
