Bad experience with them. Recently, after much consideration, a complaint was filed with the NRVT regarding this broker. When selling our house, we hired an appraiser, Van Santen de Hoog. Broker Bakker worked for the buyer. During our appraisal, this broker imposed himself on our appraiser (by insisting on being present on the same day). In my opinion, there was clearly collusion to determine a lower price and the other broker even drafted the plausibility statement in our report. Both deny any conflict of interest. The case is with the NVRT and I will add an update later.

Unreliable party! Broker Henk Buma did not ensure that the verbal agreement for drafting a preliminary purchase contract was put on paper in time (it took more than a week). This kept the door open for new bids. In our situation, this resulted in a higher bid being received, which the selling party agreed to. Don't leave Alfred Bakker's office before all agreements are in writing. You can't rely on verbal agreements!
