Be careful with this realtor. The moment things go differently than he wants, he shows his true colors. Plays buyers against each other with false information. If I sell my house again, I will never go to Dunning again.

We engaged real estate agency Dunning for the purchase of our new house and the sale of our old house. Ben Rozema helped us fantastically in this process. Ben is a friendly, honest and genuine realtor. As a buyer's agent, Ben accompanied us twice and he carefully inspected the houses. He gave us a lot of advice on technical aspects with an estimate of the costs if we had improvements in mind that needed to be addressed minimally. Furthermore, Ben has a great understanding of the different neighborhoods in Haren and can tell you a lot about them. In addition, he gave good advice on a realistic offer for a house. The overheated housing market is not easy these days.. As a selling agent, Ben visited us at home several times. Ben took plenty of time to review everything and to jointly sell the house in a fair and good way. We are extremely satisfied with the purchase and sales process that Ben Rozema supervised on behalf of Dunning real estate agency. As a seller, Arnold does try his best, but he plays weird games with buyers. Unfortunately, you see that (usually) as a seller yourself. Never again for Dunning for us.
