I can't even begin to tell it, because there would be no end. We had a female agent. I don’t think it’s legal if I give her a name... It was the worst experience any of us has ever had within a 'professional relationship'. Besides the fact that our agent did absolutely nothing but being incredibly rude, they also scammed us in the end. It's a very long story involving living in a mouse-infested house where nothing worked and constantly struggling to get out of this situation. We all found a new house a few months ago, but we are still paying rent and agency fees (whatever it is, we don’t know) for an empty house because they didn't want to let us go. The biggest problem was that they initially gave us a translated contract, but then made us sign a Dutch rental agreement that was naturally different from what we received. So be aware that they are milking the cow until the last drop. I also have funny stories about the agents shouting at me in the street because they THOUGHT I owed her money, because she doesn’t even know what is in the contract she gave us. I find it stupid to experience people making money from absolutely nothing and I don't know how they can sleep at night, knowing that they have not only ruined our year and probably also the coming year financially, but also brought my roommate into a depression because they had to live in what the landlord called the worst mouse-investment he has ever seen.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! These people are not honest. I made the deposit and haven't received any calls for 3 months. Exploiting foreigners coming to Groningen to work, shame on you.

We had a very bad experience with this real estate agency. Stay away! Very unprofessional with their promises during check-in, as expected behavior during check-out. We did not receive our deposit for the property that we rented from them. They said it is not their responsibility to follow up with the owner or talk to the owner about the deposit. Their friendly character ended after the house was rented.
