During the initial introduction, everything seemed fine. Gradually, I got the feeling that I had to do a lot myself and wasn't aware of what was exactly expected from me. Sometimes something would suddenly be expected where I knew nothing about it. I had expected more guidance during the sales process. And not just 3 tours, an advertisement on funda, and opening the front door for an appraisal. Very disappointing.

Items in the brochure were also on the list for acquisition. This resulted in a dispute with the selling party that could have been avoided. For example, nothing was mentioned about the bathroom, so cabinets and towel hooks were missing upon delivery. The real estate agent did not want to mediate this.
