You are making an appointment for a viewing on December 28th. That's what we, as interested parties in Fongersplaats 130, previously agreed upon nicely. Then you will receive an email on December 27th stating that the property has already been sold. The information from the real estate agent and their approach are very unprofessional. And it is a pity for the seller. They are now missing a very interested buyer who would have liked to make a very good offer, but didn't get the chance.

My wife Yi Pan had already written a review and this is a broker who plays you like cowboys, don't trust them certainly not with negotiating, large Great Egret 18 to 2 times congratulated by the broker and cancelled twice because it was outbid. Last week negotiations with Frank Olderode were conducted and twice promised and congratulated on the purchase of Villa at Grote Zilverreiger 18, 1st time called and cancelled because another bid was higher, bid even higher, promised again that it is destined for us and absolutely going ahead, received a purchase contract but not signed by the seller and again called and cancelled!! other party outbid them, they play you off against each other which is legally prohibited but hide behind the fact that the purchase contract has not yet been signed. I think they will come up with a weak reaction but be careful when negotiating with them, they manipulate you. I am going to make 100% work of this and gladly spend some money on it here. I hope others read this and especially those who want to buy at Grote Zilverreiger, offer max the asking price and nothing more but rather less because we will never do business with this party again, I have been a businessman for years but never been fooled like this and no Frank, these are not emotions, bunch of cowboys and that was already on TV weeks ago.
