Never buy a house through them. We bought a farm where the realtor himself used to live and renovated the roof. He said only the garage contained asbestos. Later it turned out that the entire farm was full of heavy asbestos. Cost us a lot of money. So, not a reliable realtor.

Incapable, negligent, lazy and unprofessional are the words I would use to describe the way this company operates. When we made an offer on a house last July, we were only called back after 5 days (including the weekend), despite the promise 'to call you back'. Not with the message that the bid was accepted but to inform us that we still had to provide data to complete the purchase agreement, which we knew nothing about. After reading the preliminary contract, it turned out that only 1 of the 2 cadastral numbers was included and that a number of dates needed to be changed, 'oh I forgot' was the reaction. At the signing, the data still hadn’t been adjusted after two contacts. Two weeks before the key transfer, we were supposed to be called for an appointment to inspect the property. Three days before the time, we had to contact them ourselves. No apologies, nothing, just not called without reason. After the inspection that we planned ourselves, we were promised that the 'for sale' sign would be removed within a week. A week later, we had to contact them again, 'oh sir, we’ll come this afternoon'. After 4 working days, we contacted them again and now made the message clearer, miraculously the sign was picked up the next day. I didn't mention all the times we were promised to be called back which never happened otherwise the story would become too long.. The experience of buying our first house is absolutely not one to write home about, a drama, thanks to mijnmakelaar. Greetings.
