Ik schrijf bijna nooit reviews, alleen bij uitzonderlijk goede service. Marco was de verkoopmakelaar van een woning waar wij interesse in hadden. In tegenstelling tot onze eerdere talrijke zeer matige ervaringen met andere makelaars wist Marco op elke vraag die wij hadden het antwoord, hij kende het huis van binnen en van buiten en was ontzettend vriendelijk en oprecht geïnteresseerd. Toen ons bod het niet geworden was gaf hij aan dat wij hem altijd even konden bellen voor advies. Gisteren belden wij hem om te vragen of hij met ons mee wilde kijken naar een woning in een heel ander zoekgebied dan waar hij werkzaam is en hij heeft de moeite genomen om met ons mee te kijken naar de woning, de wijk en verkochte woningen in de buurt en ons te voorzien van een gedegen advies voor een bod. Ik zie normaal gesproken de meerwaarde van een makelaar niet zo, wij hebben altijd zelf onze eigen woningen verkocht, maar als ik nu in de regio Hoorn een huis te verkopen had dan wist ik het wel.
