Via the VWB website, I had a non-binding valuation of my house done and in the subsequent email, clicked the button for a follow-up appointment for potential sale. So no response at all ?!?!?!?!?!?. The valuation was filled out again and once again received a reaction from VWB with the possible value and an invitation to make a follow-up appointment via button. So I clicked the button again and yes …………… again no response from VWB. Strange. As far as I'm concerned, this is not recommended.

This realtor does not treat clients with respect. They cancel viewings at the last minute, without offering any apologies. When you address them about it, they hang up without finishing the conversation! Absolutely no respect for clients. The buyer also makes time to schedule a viewing and treating clients this way is very inappropriate! I will definitely not do business with VBW Makelaars in the future.

I called in the morning on March 11th to view a property that was offered as a new listing on funda.nl on the same day. I wasn't given a chance to view the property and I was supposed to receive a callback.
