Finally, Ms. Zonder dismisses our damages as 'only' €13.454,- and attributes this to inflation, price increases and an 'overheated housing market'. She forgets that, against her advice, we had to insist on selling via Funda instead of immediately accepting the first offer. Had we followed her advice, the damage would have been approximately €40.000,-. We write this review not out of personal spite, but to give others an objective picture of how this real estate agent functions. Moreover, she would have caused us significant financial damage of approximately €40.000,- had we followed her advice. Absolutely not recommended. Despite the considerable interest in the property, she repeatedly tried to rip us off. Instead of communicating properly, she does not shy away from spreading false information and putting pressure on us. A VastgoedPro real estate agent is therefore not a guarantee of quality. Mascha Zonder is certainly not recommended. (This is only a short listing of our negative experiences with her.)
