Het intake gesprek met Bob Sanders en Stijn Gelink verliep helder. We spraken af dat mijn huis een half jaar op Funda zou komen te staan. En toen ging de trein rijden. De makelaars moesten maar laten zien wat ze konden. Het advies van Bob Sanders om met de hypotheekadviseur Marco Einhaus te gaan praten was zeer waardevol. Daardoor kreeg ik helder hoe lang mijn financiele polsstok was. Bovendien verliep de samenwerking van makelaar en hypotheker naadloos. Daarin hoefde ik dus geen energie te steken. Tot mijn stomme verbazing was het huis binnen de kortste keren verkocht. Ze zijn snel daar bij Thoma Post. Als klant moet je dus duidelijk zijn en goed weten wat je wilt. Rest mij nog de complimenten te geven aan makelaars en bureaumedewerkers. Ze stonden voor me klaar, luisterden goed en gaven me geen moment het idee dat ik niet meer zelf de touwtjes in handen had.
