Onze verwachting was dat het huis wel (iets) boven de vraagprijs verkocht zou worden, dat is helaas niet gelukt. De voorspelde termijn (2 maanden) is wel gehaald. De communicatie verliep niet helemaal vlekkeloos, de fotograaf stond onverwachts op de stoep en was boos op ons. Verder heel tevreden.

This realtor doesn't even deserve one star!..... We bought our house through this realtor. He was therefore the realtor for the selling party. An appointment was quickly scheduled and we could be seen the next day. He showed us around the house. We had plans to create an office in the front part of the house. The realtor even advertises with a 'completely renovated meter cupboard' in his sales brochure! They talk about their extensive experience and knowledge on their website and social media. Then shouldn’t this realtor have seen that too? We had a lot of trouble with this after the purchase. Ultimately, we reached an agreement with the seller. This realtor only forwarded emails to the selling party. We never heard anything personal from him. There was a crack in a window in the kitchen. The realtor himself pointed this out during the tour. It was for the glass insurance, he said. The sellers' glass insurance, we thought. You make sure there is a new window installed when the house is sold. Not here, that was something we had to do ourselves. During the tour, we saw that the sofa in the living room stood on a raised platform. We asked if this platform was loose and would be removed by the sellers. It was also assured that the floor ran under the platform. During inspection, it turned out that one part of this platform had indeed been removed. But the other part remained fixed, and the floor did not run underneath. What poor information. Speaking of inspections. That is the round through the house before you sign with the notary. The realtor rushed over. He dove into the meter cupboard for the meter readings for gas and electricity. We were asked to sign that these readings were correct. Then he hurried on to a next appointment, he was in a hurry. It was a strange moment, both for us and for the selling party.
