The initial contact with Pier himself was fine, after which it became very sluggish, with poor communication. And when it also turned out that a new realtor had to do everything for me, things got even worse. Coming too often late while potential buyers wait, forcing me to let them in myself. And that's not about waiting 5 minutes. A sign in the garden would be discussed and I received no response. Then I was called later to ask if the sign had been removed.
