09 Apr 2024Because I needed a new appraisal with some urgency, given that previous appraisals by the NWWI had been rejected (carried out by other companies), I came into contact with Peter. I explained the situation and that I needed to have my property appraised urgently due to a divorce settlement, the least pleasant of appraisals. Other appraisal firms known to me declined the assignment because it would take quite some time or simply because they didn’t feel like doing it. Partly due to the time pressure I had and not being able to find an appraiser with whom I also felt comfortable, I was now at my wit's end. Fortunately, I was referred to Peter from NoordOost Wonen Makelaardij. After a pleasant conversation, he carried out a very careful appraisal that proceeded quickly and smoothly for me as a customer. The problem that had arisen with the NWWI due to previous appraisals elsewhere was carefully explained, substantiated, corrected, and resolved by Peter's report. I am so happy with the quick and clear service that Peter provided and did not let the situation deter him but was ready to help. Open, honest, clear, and fast, truly amazing. And all this also for an honest fixed price, despite the extra work it cost. In one word TOP! Thanks again!

In 2 weeks for a rental property, 4 emails have gone unanswered both via funda and their own website, and it has been said 3 times by phone that I would be called, which also did not happen. Very unprofessional behavior within noordoost wonen. I do not recommend this real estate agency for collaboration or negotiation. Such conduct does not inspire confidence in professionalism.

29 Dec 2024A Real Estate Agency that is not honest in doing business !, The Owner J.Huisjes is also a Mortgage Advisor but also a Real Estate Agent, so he wears two 'hats' as I experienced, while he had sold our farmhouse and I wanted to buy a house through him, he let me bid against a non-existent bidder, so it was 5000 euros more (when I later looked in the so-called bidding register, the bid wasn't even there), that is fraud !,,,,,,then after the purchase was finalized, it turned out he had also arranged something with the neighbor of the sold house, who still received a large piece of land back after 40 years, while this was included in the sale! (and as such was also on Funda) and would have expired anyway!, When I didn't want to accept this, he turned the seller against me ....consequence ...he withdrew the sale...Mr. Jan Huisjes also apparently rented out the upstairs floor to the family for years, so cronyism, ...the neighbor in question was his streetmate...ultimately I was left with nothing! think twice before doing business with this agency

No surprises during the process, and all agreements were always clearly confirmed by email. Clear communication by phone.
