To this day, none of the people know who the realtor was and to this day I still can’t believe how many people showed up to view this, which you can only describe as a disaster! As a realtor and also as a landlord, stay away from this company as much as possible. And yes, I speak Dutch, but even then nobody would help you. It's a shame you can't give zero stars!

Date unknownWe are very disappointed with Richard Volkerts Real Estate Agency. There were absolutely no tips or ideas from his side on how we could sell our house better, everything had to come from our side. Due to his lack of expertise, sales talent and unreliability, our beautiful house was not sold! Appointments that are not kept and a complete lack of willingness on his part to do his utmost to get our beautiful house sold. We were also supposed to receive a code from the photo website to be able to view and save our photos, which we never received either. He also made our house a 'top house' without mentioning that costs were involved, and he even dared to send us an invoice for it after the withdrawal, while we had already paid for 1 year while he was only in sales for 10 months. If we ever put our house back on the market, it certainly won't be through Richard Volkerts Real Estate Agency!

21 Mar 2025Annet came on behalf of Woonaccent to perform a free valuation of our property. Due to her open and spontaneous demeanor, this was a very pleasant introduction. Very professional and involves you in the entire valuation process. As a next step, we had doubts about putting our house on the market and she guided us through all the steps during a follow-up appointment. Even though we are not putting our house on the market now, I know who to contact when we do! Although it feels like a very big step beforehand, we were put at ease, could always call, and it wasn't our house, but us that was central. In short, as far as we’re concerned, this is the company you need to go to!
