What I find a pity is that real estate agents generally do little for buyers when there are holidays or special days. Many people specifically want to come on an Easter day or a Saturday. Why not take an extra step if you own your own company. No collective labor agreement restrictions. Another point is that the brokerage fees in rural areas are clearly higher than in urban areas.

04 Sep 2024You can expect a realistic view of the housing market and practical advice from Jannie Keizer and her colleagues. Like a tiger, Jannie strives to get the best out of a sale. The nice thing is that there are no barriers to asking or submitting anything to Jannie or the employees. A downside was that some appointments, such as callbacks, sometimes got lost in translation, but it was also a hectic time, because our house was sold within 14 days.

You wouldn't expect anything less from your selling real estate agent, would you?

In both cases, this was successfully completed within two weeks thanks to my real estate agent Marc Boerma. He is warm and understanding in his interactions and works expertly, efficiently, and quickly when buying and selling. He collaborated on a good coordination between the purchase and sale of the homes. The support from the staff at the office also went flawlessly, because they work quickly and professionally processing all documents, and communication about them takes place in a very friendly manner. 11 Apr 2025Strange kwibus.. I think Mr. Kerssier is doing too well! There's a beautiful house for sale in Zwiggelte where we certainly had interest! We would like to make an appointment to come and have a look. This could only happen from the nvn open houses day (strange that the real estate agent doesn't bother) I think either the real estate agent is doing too well. Or Mr. thinks 'ah, those city people can't afford it' (because I don't speak plainly) We ourselves live on something similar in terms of land and also in Drenthe. On the internet it says that Zwiggelte is being terrorized by a pack of wolves. And since we have chickens according to Mr. Outside the fact that we do indeed have them. We have horses, dogs, fish and so on.. And yes a baby of a few weeks old. So a pack of wolves around your house isn't super... But hey still we had interest. But because of this arrogant attitude of the real estate agent this has suddenly disappeared. 1 * is actually still too much. Ps you have my nr so you can always call me Mark!

We, as heirs, had absolutely no understanding of everything that came our way but were helped superbly by the real estate agents from Hentenaar! Despite the sad period and the business matters, they were also up for a joke, and there was good contact back and forth. We experienced this as pleasant.
