We experienced the contact as very pleasant. As said, professional but with maintaining a fine, accessible contact. Realistic in setting the asking price and other related matters including the possibilities in which we could maneuver ourselves on the housing market. That's nice, because selling a house is not just something: it can be quite exciting! All questions you have are answered promptly and that inspires confidence. Elmar also acts very professionally. Of course, he has an eye for the interests of the selling party, but certainly no less for the buying party. Everyone is happy when Elmar has mediated a sale/purchase.
