Ook in dit geval zijn ze voortvarend aan de slag gegaan en was na een aantal bezichtigingen en vlotte onderhandelingen de woning na een week of 5 verkocht. Het contact daarbij hebben we als zeer prettig ervaren. Zoals gezegd professioneel maar met behoudt van een fijn laagdrempelig contact. Realistisch in het vaststellen van de vraagprijs en andere gerelateerde zaken waaronder de mogelijkheden waarin wij ons konden manoeuvreren op de huizenmarkt. Kortom een complete makelaar met oog voor detail die we een ieder voor zowel koop- als verkoop kunnen aanraden.

07 Mar 2024Recentelijk heeft Elmar ons huis verkocht. Vanaf het eerste contactmoment tot aan de afhandeling bij de notaris is de communicatie zeer plezierig. Dat is fijn, want een huis verkopen is niet zomaar iets: dat kan best spannend zijn! Alle vragen die je hebt worden vlot beantwoord en dat wekt vertrouwen. Elmar handelt ook zeer professioneel. Uiteraard heeft hij oog voor de belangen van de verkopende partij, maar zeker niet minder voor de kopende partij. Iedereen is gelukkig als Elmar een verkoop/koop bemiddeld heeft. We hadden het genoegen om Elmar's expertise te ervaren tijdens zowel de aankoop als verkoop van ons huis, en we zijn meer dan onder de indruk van zijn professionaliteit, kennis en toewijding. Vanaf het allereerste contact tot het afronden van de transacties heeft Elmar keer op keer bewezen dat hij een zeer bekwame en betrouwbare makelaar is. Zijn snelle reacties op onze vragen waren opmerkelijk en gaven blijk van zijn toewijding om ons te begeleiden in elke fase van het proces.
