What an amateurish and unqualified real estate agent! Astonishing how Mrs. J. Schollink and the staff working at this office are unable to schedule a final inspection for a house worth nearly 3 tons! This certainly has nothing to do with a professional real estate agent! On the day of the handover, I receive a phone call informing me that I should carry out the final inspection. Without any form of prior notice. Due to not creating the final inspection, I discover that the entire floor of the living room consists of stains, holes and even cracks. The brochure literally states: 'The house has a nice PVC floor,' while the opposite is true. Terrible this! Stay away from this real estate agent and this office!
