Huis gekocht via hun en later de taxatie laten uitvoeren maar god oh god wat een ramp. Bellen 4 keer terug omdat ze afspraken en data niet goed hebben genoteerd, komen afspraken niet na en mondelinge beloften blijken niet te kloppen. Makelaars verdienen het makkelijk tegenwoordig en je kan er niet om heen maar zou hun zelf nooit inschakelen om wat te verkopen.

Unprofessional Broker called on FRIDAY regarding a viewing / purchase of a property and you get the answer that the broker is not available and will only be back on Monday. They do send an email with a brochure and with the question if they can still do something for you. After I replied to that saying I wanted to view it on Monday at 10:00 AM, I received no response, even after I sent another email on Saturday asking if the viewing appointment could go ahead. So, emailed again early Monday morning, still no response, then I called myself and the broker casually stated that the property had already been sold. You are better off not doing business with brokers like this.

In 2020 I bought my first home through this real estate agent. It was known in advance that there was a leak in the attic. According to the real estate agent, it would be condensation and not a leak. It would involve a ‘small pipe’. In addition, I feel that I was spoken to very brazenly and unprofessionally by that seller. Unfortunately, it got so bad that at one point I had water on the ground floor! Video footage available. I am more than €5000 Euro further and have not received any compensation to date. I deeply regret buying that house here. My advice is to have a purchase inspection done before you buy a home with this real estate agent. Because it was my first home and I had no experience, I could not have thought of that beforehand. Make use of it!
