Mooi! Gewoon dikke 5 sterren. Heerlijk. Bedankt! Het was een mooi traject, van 'ooit bij ons gekocht, verbouwd, geleefd' en nu door. En weer via ons verkocht. Bedankt en alle geluk samen.
Goed overall, snelle service na waardebepaling en een deskundige makelaar. Ook voor het maken van afspraken met de bezichtigingen alles in overleg.

Wij kochten de huidige woning in 2010 via Weghorst, Karel Timmerman, de afhandeling en ervaring brachten ons bij de volgende stap zonder enige twijfel weer bij hem terug. Ook nu weer vlotte deskundige benadering. We gunnen een ieder dezelfde ervaring, dus ook Karel, hoe je met elkaar om kan gaan en op een zakelijke maar zeker vertrouwelijke en plezierige wijze de verkoop snel kan laten plaatsvinden. Chapeau.

Wij kochten dit huis in 2010 via Karel Timmerman, een prima ervaring en nu wij een volgende stap gingen maken kozen we op basis daarvan wederom voor Weghorst en Karel. Dat gevoel werd direct weer bevestigd en we zijn zeker goed en deskundig geholpen. Wij gunnen een ieder, dus ook Karel Timmerman, zo’n ervaring met de makelaar. Vlot, toeschietelijk, begripvol, vrolijk en wat wil je nog meer…….

We zijn super goed geholpen en begeleid bij de verkoop van ons huis. We kregen mailtjes en telefoontjes als er wijzigingen waren. Ze waren goed telefonisch bereikbaar voor vragen etc. en wouden altijd helpen waar nodig. We hebben ons huis snel weten te verkopen en ik ben overtuigd dat dat komt door de bereikbaarheid en de kennis van de makelaar en zijn team.

Van begin tot het eind hadden we een heel prettig contact met Karel. Met erg veel regen kwam de collega nog extra op een andere dag, foto's van de tuin maken. Ook later nog kwam de externe fotograaf nogmaals. Met Karel was de samenwerking deskundig, duidelijk en met stelligheid. Ook prettig contact met collega's op kantoor. Heel erg bedankt!
Kortom er zijn veel foto's gemaakt ;-). Maar even serieus, lieve familie. Het feit dat jullie wederom ons verkiezen om jullie woning te mogen verkopen, zegt ons heel veel. Nog meer dan deze dikke 10. Dank jullie wel en het gaat jullie goed vanuit ons hart! Voorlopig hopen we niet weer langs te komen, dan is het voor de koffie niet om te verhuizen. We wensen jullie alle woonplezier en de koopster alle geluk aan de 1e Esweg!
De verkoop van Kastanjelaan 13 Wierden was gecombineerd met de koop van Hof van Kingma 42 te Wierden. Voor deze locatie geldt: Met name het niet vervangen van de lekkende keukenkraan was een echte misser en onterecht. De duidelijke locatie-omschrijving van de parkeerplaats en de kelderruimte liet te wensen over. Hier was de begeleiding niet optimaal, zeg maar redelijk.
Bedankt voor de uitgebreide review en de mooie 8. De verkoop van uw geliefde woning ging super en de kopers zijn erg blij met uw woning. Wat betreft de aankoop van het appartement is gelukkig uiteindelijk alles duidelijk. Wij hopen dat u er straks met heel veel plezier woont, lekker veel fietst en geniet.

The house was on the market a bit longer than expected, but during this process we were well assisted and advised. Which made the house, after an adjustment in the asking price, still sold quickly for a good price!

Unfortunately, a very bad experience with Weghorst Makelaardij. From the start things went wrong: after the valuation in December 2024 there was no follow-up meeting to get to know our home well or determine a sales strategy. While other real estate agents provide tips, advice, and sometimes even stylists, Weghorst immediately started with viewings. The guidance was chaotic: after the first viewing, the sale was transferred without discussion to a colleague who did not even know our house. Four months later it seemed there was a serious offer, but the purchase agreement was never signed. We as well as the buyers received no information for weeks on end. Only when I contacted them myself did I learn that the buyers had already dropped out because they heard nothing from the real estate agent and had not received an agreement. Despite around 40 viewings, we eventually parted ways with Weghorst. It turned out later that even interested parties were rejected because there was supposedly 'already a potential buyer' – while the sale was far from finalized. Lastly: the current buyers of our home also did a valuation through Weghorst. The assignment had been pending for three weeks already, but I only received my first call yesterday. This is now causing further delays again. In short, from start to finish it has been a huge disappointment. In a market that offers opportunities, this was a real disaster for us.
The above description is indeed only worth 1 star. However, our view on this matter is completely different, as we have also expressed. Regarding the valuation, the assignment was not with us for such a long time, and the valuation was completed within 1 day so that you were still able to sell your property. We wish you all housing luck in your new home soon.
