Good service

Neat in communication, ask high costs where there is nothing in return, take very good care of themselves, ultimately do nothing that you couldn't yourself. During the appraisal they simply base it on WOZ value, appraisal statement highly questionable, more guesswork than knowledge of the matter. I certainly do not recommend this organization.
