I have gone through a very special process of over 4 years with Jan Oosterhof. My parental home was initially to be sold while my mother was still alive. Unfortunately, her death intervened. Jan Oosterhof was one of the first to send condolences. For me, the sale of the parental home, which my parents themselves had built, was a difficult and emotional process. Jan guided me excellently in this. He always kept his finger on the pulse in a pleasant way and was always ready when needed. Texts in the evening or appointments on the weekend...no problem. The process ultimately resulted in a beautiful collaboration with a heritage official. Jan was open to everything and sensitively felt what my wishes were. Together we found a buyer to whom I could transfer my parental home with a good feeling. I am very grateful to Jan Oosterhof for this, and I can therefore recommend this real estate agent 100%, especially if the sale of a house is emotionally charged.
