He gave us more information about the area and our options than any other agent, and was generally just very honest about everything. He is also the only agent who does viewings in the evening or on weekends, which was very convenient. He even contacted us when he had another property that he thought would suit us. He definitely has the buyer's interest at heart and is extremely trustworthy. He called us himself when a property we viewed received an offer from someone else so that we might also make an offer. Although we ultimately chose another option, Marco Kems even offered to help ensure everything regarding the paperwork went smoothly. Really, only the best experiences.

12 Feb 2025Difficult to get in touch with the real estate agent! When you call, you're told you'll receive a callback, but so far nothing has been heard. Even if you follow up multiple times, you always hear the same thing. The real estate agent also wanted to visit and you make an appointment for them to come by; you stay home all day, but no one shows up. You follow up and again you're told you'll receive a callback, but no one calls back! Poor service! I strongly advise against buying or selling your house through this real estate agent!

12 Jan 2024When we got the chance to build a new house, our house naturally had to be sold. Since we live in Borne, I found it important to find an involved real estate agent from Borne. That's why we called Saskia for the sale of our house. With a lot of doubt about which period would be wise to sell the house due to the unknown delivery date of the construction. During this process, Saskia guided us well and made us think, so we came to a good choice. Taking photos and placing them went very smoothly and quickly, as did the viewings. Within no time our house was sold! Saskia doesn't stop at the sale but also accompanies you during the signing of the purchase contract, the key transfer with the notary, and even afterwards! We have experienced Saskia as very involved in the area and in our situation. Saskia always remains calm, which we found very pleasant. The system that Saskia works with is very nice and clear. This allows you to see for yourself how often your house has been viewed and found both on her own website and on Funda. We thought it was great that Saskia did everything but she also has beautiful options for people who want to arrange things themselves, such as writing the text or even doing the viewings themselves. There was some ambiguity regarding accepting the assignment and payment. Questions via whatsapp about where you nicely get reminders, do not lead to an answer. In hindsight logical, but at the moment a bit confusing. Calling yourself works well and you get a quick answer!

05 Dec 2025Actually, everything went quite well, we would have liked to offer the property a month earlier, but according to the experts, that was the wrong time. And when ours came onto the market, there were still seven others for sale in the same neighborhood. That bothered us quite a bit because it did affect the price. And everything via a Move account is not really our thing, we are from the generation that just still talks about things. Further, a friendly real estate agent but yeah, we did find this a bit of an issue.
