12 Jul 2025Review: Unprofessional and discriminatory conduct by realtor Patrick My experience with realtor Patrick has been frankly shocking. First assigning a house and then half an hour later, stating that it was no longer the case. Because he indicates that his feeling doesn't feel right. What feeling? If a buyer is willing to pay, through any bank whatsoever. As if this is a bank from Germany, where certainly 30% of Dutch people are customers. Then this shouldn’t raise question marks? The most worrying thing is that there was clearly unequal treatment. Another buyer was openly favored, while my offer was significantly higher – we're talking about comfortably tens of thousands of euros difference. See photo for proof. This raises serious questions about integrity and motives. Moreover, I strongly got the impression that origin and ethnicity played a role in this, which is absolutely unacceptable and contrary to every professional and ethical standard. This real estate agency inspires no confidence at all and, in my opinion, should be subject to inspection or investigation by legislative bodies. Everyone deserves a fair chance in the housing market – without prejudice, without backroom deals. Also called about this with the real estate agency. But they play it on personal favor. And furthermore, the owner of this real estate agency did not want to give any further explanation. And also didn’t want to critically examine the situation. My tip to you 'Treat a person as you would like to be treated yourself'. This is not a way of doing business, frankly regrettable and not even worth a star.

We hebben Marco Kepms twee keer ontmoet en de bezichtigingen die we met hem hadden waren niet alleen informatief, maar ook gewoon heel erg leuk. Hij gaf ons meer informatie over de omgeving en onze mogelijkheden dan welke andere makelaar dan ook en was over het algemeen gewoon heel eerlijk over alles. Hij is ook de enige makelaar die bezichtigingen 's avonds of in het weekend doet, wat erg handig was. Hij nam ook contact met ons op als hij een andere woning had die volgens hem bij ons zou passen. Hij heeft absoluut het belang van de koper voor ogen en is zeer integer. Hij belde ons zelfs op toen een woning die we bezichtigden een bod kreeg van iemand anders, zodat we misschien ook een bod konden uitbrengen. Hoewel we uiteindelijk voor een andere optie kozen, bood Marco Kemps zelfs hulp aan om ervoor te zorgen dat alles met betrekking tot de documenten soepel verliep. Echt, alleen de beste ervaringen.

De communicatie was altijd helder en vriendelijk, en we konden met al onze vragen terecht. Bij de eerste verkoop leek alles rond, maar de koper kreeg de financiering niet voor elkaar. Dat was natuurlijk een teleurstelling, maar Marco heeft dit professioneel opgepakt en ons gerustgesteld. 24 Feb 2025Difficult to get in touch with the real estate agent! When you call, you're told you'll receive a callback, but so far nothing has been heard. Even if you follow up multiple times, you always hear the same thing. The real estate agent also wanted to visit and you make an appointment for them to come by; you stay home all day, but no one shows up. You follow up and again you're told you'll receive a callback, but no one calls back! Poor service! I strongly advise against buying or selling your house through this real estate agent!

24 Sep 2023When we got the chance to build a new house, our house naturally had to be sold. Since we live in Borne, I found it important to find an involved real estate agent from Borne. That's why we called Saskia for the sale of our house. With a lot of doubt about which period would be wise to sell the house due to the unknown delivery date of the construction. During this process, Saskia guided us well and made us think, so we came to a good choice. Taking photos and placing them went very smoothly and quickly, as did the viewings. Within no time our house was sold! Saskia doesn't stop at the sale but also accompanies you during the signing of the purchase contract, the key transfer with the notary, and even afterwards! We have experienced Saskia as very involved in the area and in our situation. Saskia always remains calm, which we found very pleasant. The system that Saskia works with is very nice and clear. This allows you to see for yourself how often your house has been viewed and found both on her own website and on Funda. We thought it was great that Saskia did everything but she also has beautiful options for people who want to arrange things themselves, such as writing the text or even doing the viewings themselves. Promises mountains of gold when he accepts the sales assignment, but afterwards nothing comes of it and the next step is to significantly lower the asking price……….. someone who knows the market, the real estate agent, should know better, in my opinion. It strongly gives the impression that you are being misled with a high selling price while the agent knows that this is not achievable. Subsequently, the asking price is lowered. Very disappointing. We canceled the assignment at the time and went into business with another real estate agent, at a lower commission and with a positive result

10 Jul 2025Very well and neatly received. An open discussion was held in which our wishes were listened to extremely well. Based on that, possibilities were presented that were clear and easy to understand even for us laymen. It's nice in a world where we don't deal with it daily ourselves but are tied to it for a longer period. The short timeframe between the conversation and signing of the deed was also handled excellently. Everything arranged on time and completely according to our wishes.
