That was pleasant, to the point, and no-nonsense. Gave a good feeling. That was never disappointed. He was active, proactive, and always responded immediately to questions. When I recently asked them to review the mortgage with us and see together whether it was still future-proof, I had someone sitting at our table within a week who reviewed it with us and gave some useful/smart tips. In addition, he also set something in motion with the provider for us. A week after the meeting, I received a message asking me to keep him informed of the progress. That's real good service. Not just closing [a mortgage], but also being ready for the customer and supportive even after 17 years!

They aren't the big companies, but they know the local market well. Real estate agent Nicky took us on house viewings and gave practical advice, even about future maintenance. During the bidding process, they advised us on a certain amount without overbidding, which saves a lot of money. Communication can take place in English.

They would then be called back to schedule a viewing appointment. After waiting all day, they contacted them themselves. There were only 2 spots left with unfavorable times that we couldn’t make. There was no other possibility anymore… so no viewing. Poor.

Everything went well until the sale, and there was nothing to complain about then. Afterwards, we felt a little abandoned. Agreements regarding the contact person were changed without consultation. Of course, this can happen due to circumstances, but it's not very pleasant during the transfer. Unfortunately, there has been no further contact either, despite promises. We found that very unfortunate because an agreement is an agreement and you should be able to rely on that, shouldn't you?
