Jordy heeft mij geholpen bij de verkoop van mijn woning. De communicatie is goed en verloopt prettig via een groepsapp. Ze zijn goed bereikbaar en reageren snel, zelfs in de avond en in het weekend (dan denk je soms: hebben die jongens ook wel eens vrij 😉). De courtageprijs is goed en de presentatie van de woning, zoals foto’s en plattegronden, was prima geregeld. De woning is uiteindelijk netjes verkocht, al had ik vooraf misschien op iets meer gehoopt. Bij de Funda-tekst is er ruimte om mee te denken en aanpassingen te doen waar nodig; ik heb daar zelf nog wat in aangepast. Ze luisteren goed naar de wensen van de klant en denken mee. Via verschillende vrienden heb ik Jähnig + ter Braak als tip gekregen als hypotheekadviseur. Zij waren allen erg positief en ik begrijp na mijn eigen ervaring waarom. Het afgelopen jaar heb ik twee keer een hypotheekadviesgesprek gehad. Na het tweede gesprek is het traject verder vervolgd voor de hypotheekaanvraag. Mike was degene met wie ik de gesprekken had. Hij neemt de tijd voor uitleg en het beantwoorden van je vragen, is goed bereikbaar buiten afspraken om en zaken worden vlot afgehandeld. Daarnaast ben ik tijdens de hypotheekaanvraag door het team goed op de hoogte gehouden van het proces en verliep de communicatie soepel. Ook kan ik bij hen terecht voor toekomstige vragen. Actually, everything went quite well, we would have liked to offer the property a month earlier, but according to the experts, that was the wrong time. And when ours came onto the market, there were still seven others for sale in the same neighborhood. That bothered us quite a bit because it did affect the price. Had an open house at Deppenbroek in Enschede during NVM day. We were helped nicely by a realtor from the office and resident of the property. We received a flyer and phone number from Jordie, the realtor for this house. Called the same day because we wanted to make an offer but no answer, which is understandable as it was the weekend. This Jordie never called back. Called the office on Monday to still submit a bid and ask a few questions for the realtor, I was supposed to be called back. No response to my emails from Monday and Wednesday. Called again on Wednesday late afternoon, eventually heard that a bid had been accepted from other people. Our offer wasn't even heard by this agency. Poorly accessible and don’t take interest seriously. I would not recommend it to anyone, perhaps our offer was higher. No good feeling about this office anymore.
