After an initial property viewing without a buyer's agent, we were left with questions but especially uncertainty. Have we thought of everything? Did we overlook anything during the viewing? At the advice of an acquaintance, we planned a second viewing in Zevenbergen together with Allard. This turned out to be quite different from the first time. Whereas during the initial viewing the selling broker hurried us through the house, there was now peace…! There was overview, every room was carefully reviewed.
