In 1992, Van den Bosch Makelaars opened in Dongen with a unique approach that has been very successful since then. Henk Goos and Koen Dirkse are the strongest forces behind the office. We combine digital accessibility with a personal approach, because we are in the middle of society and learn every day from people around us. Our team consists of seven young and dynamic employees who communicate briefly with each other, so that there is always room for a personal and informal contact. Our expertise lies in mediating and advising on the purchase or sale of homes, both existing and new build. We work with an extensive regional network and focus mainly on Dongen, Tilburg Reeshof and the direct surroundings. I have been looking for a home for 4.5 years. Without the help of the team at Van den Bosch Makelaars - Dongen, the purchase of my new home would not have been possible. During viewings, you notice the knowledge and expertise of the real estate agents, and what I found very nice is that they wanted to sell me not just a house, but the RIGHT house. Not only the agents themselves, but also the staff in administration are pleasant to deal with. They are clear and straightforward in communication and always cheerful and friendly when you arrive at the office. Because of this, not only was the purchase of the home an extremely pleasant and successful experience, but also after deciding to let my previous home be sold by them, it was top notch. Here too, the appointments were clear and the process was guided in such a way that it felt pleasant and safe for me. I left my house with viewings at ease, and it was indeed sold quickly and well. In the coming years I am now settled in my new place, but I certainly recommend them for any moving plans.

The price you pay for all the work is a lot higher than with other real estate agents and that was certainly not in proportion to the quality. Market knowledge was insufficient and the agent wasn't present at multiple appointments, but sent a colleague instead.
