Hierdoor moesten we een funderingscheck laten doen wat extra vertraging opleverde in het verkoopproces. Dat lag geheel buiten de invloed van de makelaar, maar daar heeft ie ons goed in geadviseerd. Verder hield hij ons goed op de hoogte van de stand van zaken, was goed bereikbaar en vriendelijk.
