02 Jan 2025We bought our house through bol real estate agents. We do not recommend this company to others. Communication is poor and unclear. A few weeks ago we received a phone call saying they had lost our data and then they sent it via email. I responded asking why they needed it again. No response received. That's strange. We called them, and they claimed to have found our data. Then you just let someone know, don't you? Not so.... Poor service.

He did good preliminary research in our case, knows the neighborhood and surroundings, and discussed his ideas and proposals well with us. He is skilled at conducting viewings and all of this has resulted in a very quick sale, while maintaining a very nice price. I therefore cannot recognize myself in reviews from years ago. 02 May 2024Yesterday I received a message from an acquaintance of mine that he had received a phone call from Bol real estate agents from Oosterhout. They had looked up my name on the internet and came to him. Whether he wanted to give my phone number because Bol real estate agents had a property in mind..? The acquaintance didn't trust it and, of course, did not pass on my phone number but contacted me about the strange and intrusive phone call he had received. Apparently, they have never heard of privacy laws at this brokerage. So I contacted Bol real estate agents myself. They were contacting me regarding a negative review from 6 years(!) ago.. They no longer had my number and were now trying to find out my phone number via the internet and my circle of acquaintances, under false pretenses (we have a property in mind). They wanted to talk and hoped to convince me to change my review with a bottle of wine... They are trying to 'resolve' a lot of hassle with legal assistance and a sloppy €1000 in extra costs, 6 years later by bothering my circle of acquaintances and sweet-talking me into a conversation and a bottle of wine... No, even after changing ownership, Bol real estate agents remains a very strange and unprofessional company. I hope that now, after 6 years, I am finally done with the practices of this 'special' realtor. If Bol real estate agents then dares to come up with a response to this review saying: 'It was certainly not our intention to reach someone from your circle of acquaintances on the phone.' then they are blatantly lying! Bol real estate agents consciously contacted this particular acquaintance of mine to ask for my phone number! Worthless reaction!

02 May 2024Very bad experience WITH PREVIOUS OWNER ARJEN VAN GORSEL. The broker completely loses it if things don't go according to his plan. He has not been the owner/employee since 2021. In the meantime, I have been approached very nicely by the new owner and staff. They seem to be taking a totally different path and appear very nice. It’s good that it is resolved.

They showed the house to two parties at the same time during viewings, and the agent who led us around was clearly not well-informed about the property. Questions about the seller, neighbors, and the property itself were not answered truthfully. In email correspondence, our salutation was incorrect. Photos of us were taken at the notary's office without our permission. It is clear that houses sell themselves in the current market.

Furthermore, we don't have an internal service department, so all phone calls are handled directly by one of our two real estate agents. We have also spoken to you on the phone several times. 21 Mar 2025After searching for a home on my own for about half a year, I decided to work with a buyer's agent. I then chose to have a meeting with 2 agents that I had met during the half year, and with Hendrik from ERA Focus who was recommended by my niece. Besides the fact that the conversation with Hendrik felt far the best and I practically already made my choice, it also turned out that of the 3 he was the most advantageous. From the moment I started working with Hendrik, I have been able to view all the houses I wanted to see, and Hendrik has also been present at most viewings. Going with Hendrik I found very pleasant because he asks questions that I would never come up with myself. If you then want to make an offer, Hendrik remains close to reality, and honestly indicates what the maximum bid should be and the chances of success. If he could not be present but I indicated that I wanted to make an offer, he still went to look himself or if I was too late calling for a viewing, Hendrik always managed to find an entrance to still be able to view. When entering into the collaboration, Hendrik promised that I would have a house within 1 year, this became less than 6 months. I do not regret taking a broker in my arms for a second, and I can't imagine a better partner in crime than Hendrik. I would always recommend him!

13 Feb 2025The only thing that seemed important was getting a signature under the purchase agreement quickly. During viewings, there was little knowledge about the house and when there were doubts about defects, we simply had to take the risk. Not a pleasant experience with this party.

The sales meeting at our home with Mike van Vliet went as expected, however, afterwards there was little personal attention and enthusiasm. Another attempt made with Mr. Olden to discuss this but he was absolutely not open to it. Probably our criticism was not well received. No response whatsoever to the last email. Arrogant and unfriendly.
