02 Jan 2025We bought our house through bol real estate agents. We do not recommend this company to others. Communication is poor and unclear. A few weeks ago we received a phone call saying they had lost our data and then they sent it via email. I responded asking why they needed it again. No response received. That's strange. We called them, and they claimed to have found our data. Then you just let someone know, don't you? Not so.... Poor service.

He did good preliminary research in our case, knows the neighborhood and surroundings, and discussed his ideas and proposals well with us. He is skilled at conducting viewings and all of this has resulted in a very quick sale, while maintaining a very nice price. I therefore cannot recognize myself in reviews from years ago. 02 May 2024Yesterday I received a message from an acquaintance of mine that he had received a phone call from Bol real estate agents from Oosterhout. They had looked up my name on the internet and came to him. Whether he wanted to give my phone number because Bol real estate agents had a property in mind..? The acquaintance didn't trust it and, of course, did not pass on my phone number but contacted me about the strange and intrusive phone call he had received. Apparently, they have never heard of privacy laws at this brokerage. So I contacted Bol real estate agents myself. They were contacting me regarding a negative review from 6 years(!) ago.. They no longer had my number and were now trying to find out my phone number via the internet and my circle of acquaintances, under false pretenses (we have a property in mind). They wanted to talk and hoped to convince me to change my review with a bottle of wine... They are trying to 'resolve' a lot of hassle with legal assistance and a sloppy €1000 in extra costs, 6 years later by bothering my circle of acquaintances and sweet-talking me into a conversation and a bottle of wine... No, even after changing ownership, Bol real estate agents remains a very strange and unprofessional company. I hope that now, after 6 years, I am finally done with the practices of this 'special' realtor. If Bol real estate agents then dares to come up with a response to this review saying: 'It was certainly not our intention to reach someone from your circle of acquaintances on the phone.' then they are blatantly lying! Bol real estate agents consciously contacted this particular acquaintance of mine to ask for my phone number! Worthless reaction!

02 May 2024Very bad experience WITH PREVIOUS OWNER ARJEN VAN GORSEL. The broker completely loses it if things don't go according to his plan. He has not been the owner/employee since 2021. In the meantime, I have been approached very nicely by the new owner and staff. They seem to be taking a totally different path and appear very nice. It’s good that it is resolved.

10 Apr 2025First of all, they refused to participate in an online telephone meeting. So I agreed to meet them in person. Then the address they gave me for the appointment was incorrect... They didn't seem interested in listening to/correcting their mistake. When we met, they acted as if they felt sorry for me. Since my move from 2022, I have been paying my landlord almost €2k per month for a small apartment with serious defects. Still, they advised my landlord to further increase my rent. I've been charged thousands of euros in excess, and it is actually not permitted to pass on VVE costs to a tenant. Their advice is therefore not in line with Dutch law. My landlord has indicated many times that he has “no rush” to sell the property. Biemans however pushed me. They said I had to be quick, otherwise someone else would buy the house... That there are already many people interested in moving... I have a tenancy agreement for an indefinite period. It seems like they are just salespeople looking for the highest bidder. They don't care about you as a person, your rights, nor about 'doing what is best for everyone'. I have spoken with multiple real estate agents, mortgage advisors etc. They indicated that they cannot perform an official valuation of the property AND sell it to me because there is a conflict of interest. But it seems like Biemans does both things for their clients... Which is not allowed. It's strange that in another review it is stated that Biemans doesn’t perform valuations correctly, which confirms my suspicions. Other real estate agents also indicate that an energy label for my property is valid until 2034. Energy labels are always valid for 10 years. This ‘inspection’ is registered on November 7, 2024. But from 2024 it is no longer possible to register an energy label online without a personal valuation. Therefore, someone falsely reported a personal inspection. My landlord doesn't even know about this... I was personally present when he had the last inspection carried out, all the way back in 2022. Biemans is clearly not a reliable company. No accountability. No proof. They simply react aggressively to shift the blame onto someone else. Very unprofessional, with questionable ethics.

We are very happy with our purchase in all respects and as skilled professional migrants from South Africa, we feel very welcome in the neighborhood. That being said, our experience after the initial viewing was unpleasant. During our first visit, Michel was on time, well-dressed and very pleasant and helpful. We felt good about the property in Oosterhout and proceeded to purchase with peace of mind. Once negotiations began and our offer was accepted, communication with him diminished somewhat and he became rude towards me and my wife. We asked questions to which he replied “not possible” or “not how we do things in the Netherlands,” only to find out that the owners completely agreed with our requests. I hesitated to write this review, but I have decided to share my experience because I believe the service could have been much better.
