Afterwards we met Melle in Lelystad for an appointment; it was a very nice and knowledgeable conversation. He knows his business well and is extremely professional, kind, and considerate. Although we did not end up taking the property, we are very pleased with this real estate agent. We even had another pleasant chat afterwards. In the future, we will always think of them. 07 Sep 2025Had a viewing today in Lelystad. We arrived at the viewing and the advisor who presents himself as an agent named Melle opened the door and said we could look around the property. He then continuously looked at his phone and couldn't answer any questions about the house. Very uninterested. At the end of our viewing, we asked some questions including whether they operate under a NVM contract. When the agent asks why we want to know this, we explain it is because of the condition of the house regarding hidden defects. We mention that this is also why we would like to make an offer (not much below the asking price). Melle gets irritated immediately and stands up. He insults his clients saying they are crazy and slams the door in our faces. Beware of this agency! They will keep you informed about where you stand. And Melle, for your information!! I would definitely recommend a customer service course for you. There is still so much to learn for you.

A few weeks ago we received a phone call saying they had lost our data and then they sent it via email. I responded asking why they needed it again. No response received. That's strange. We called them, and they claimed to have found our data. Then you just let someone know, don't you? Not so.... Poor service.

03 Jan 2026Wij, mijn man en ik zijn meerdere keren door Biemans makelaardij geholpen. En dan met name de afdeling hypotheken zijn wij door Jessica ontzettend goed geholpen. Als deze vrouw er niet was weet ik niet of het allemaal gelukt was wat wij wilde bereiken. Jessica neemt alles van A t/m Z met je door en zorgt ervoor dat je niks vergeet. En soms kregen we nog een mailtje met “vergeet niet daar en daar op te letten” Jessica heeft ons zo goed geholpen omdat zij niet alleen haar werk doet maar ook oprecht geïnteresseerd is in jouw persoonlijke situatie. Ze leeft met je mee, ze denkt met je mee en denkt altijd in juiste oplossingen/ richtingen! Ze is professioneel maar ontzettend menselijk, waardoor het voor de cliënt een stuk gemakkelijker gaat. Biemans heeft een hele goede aan deze vrouw!

03 Jan 2026Onze ervaring met Biemans Makelaardij was ronduit vreselijk slecht. Annemiek stond ons vaak helemaal niet te woord, e-mails werden niet beantwoord en terugbellen gebeurde nooit, zelfs na meerdere pogingen. Pas na het indienen van een officiële klacht kregen wij überhaupt de directeur aan de lijn. Wij kregen eerst een bevestigde passeerdatum van 5 december, die later onmogelijk bleek, met enorme gevolgen: meubels konden nergens geplaatst worden, ingeplande aannemers en familie hielpen voor niets, en we moesten tijdelijk elders verblijven en twee keer verhuizen. Toen we eindelijk de sleutels kregen, lag de sleutel gewoon bij de receptioniste, droog overhandigd met: “Alsjeblieft” Geen ontvangst, geen koffie, geen enkel moment van aandacht van Annemiek, terwijl dit toch het belangrijkste moment van het traject was. Ook al zijn er (cruciale) fouten gemaakt en liep het traject niet volledig soepel, de voornamelijkste reden voor deze review is de uitermate gebrekkige communicatie van Biemans, waardoor wij ons constant genegeerd en aan ons lot overgelaten voelden. Dit kantoor werkt onprofessioneel, onpersoonlijk en slordig. Als ik de makelaar kon kiezen, was dit de laatste die ik had gekozen.

Wij vinden het oprecht vervelend om te lezen dat u het traject zo heeft ervaren. Het is nooit onze intentie dat kopers zich onvoldoende gehoord of geholpen voelen. Graag willen wij wel e.e.a. nuanceren. Vanaf het begin hebben wij ons maximaal ingespannen om het traject zo soepel mogelijk te laten verlopen en u continu op de hoogte te houden van de voortgang. Er is zeer regelmatig contact geweest per e-mail en telefoon, juist om duidelijkheid te geven over de stand van zaken en de mogelijkheden. Mocht u alsnog behoefte hebben aan een persoonlijk gesprek, dan staan wij daar uiteraard voor open. Ondanks alles wensen wij jullie veel woongenot toe in uw nieuwe woning. Een paar dagen later via Funda geprobeerd: geen reactie. Weer later rechtstreeks een mail gestuurd: geen reactie. Na een paar dagen de mail nogmaals verstuurd (inmiddels 2 weken verder). Toen kreeg ik wel een reactie: helaas is de woning verkocht. Blijkbaar lukte het iemand anders wel om een bezichtiging te krijgen.

I had never sold a house before and it was nice to have a group of people behind you who can professionally guide you through this. Fast sale as well. 03 Aug 2025Unfair and unreliable 'company'. Biemans insisted that I had to bid higher, and that I had to do it quickly, otherwise someone else would buy the house I wanted... I now live in that house... So I told them that I have a permanent contract. They looked embarrassed because they didn't know what I was talking about. I find it very strange that they used the key to my house, but didn't know that I live there... They also assessed my apartment at a value of €300,000.00 despite numerous defects, including: water damage, electrical problems and a huge hole in the wall. They showed my house to interested buyers without mentioning any of these defects. Do you want to sell your house? Then Biemans will help you to sell it for the highest price. Are you looking for a house to buy? Be careful: there are probably problems with the house that Biemans won't tell you about.

The support was very minimal, with very few contact moments and hardly any consultation regarding the extremely small number of viewers.
