We bought our house through bol real estate agents. We do not recommend this company to others. Communication is poor and unclear. A few weeks ago we received a phone call saying they had lost our data and then they sent it via email. I responded asking why they needed it again. No response received. That's strange. We called them, and they claimed to have found our data. Then you just let someone know, don't you? Not so.... Poor service.

Melle is a neat, eager to learn, very friendly, and business-minded young man. He did good preliminary research in our case, knows the neighborhood and surroundings, and discussed his ideas and proposals well with us. He is skilled at conducting viewings and all of this has resulted in a very quick sale, while maintaining a very nice price. I therefore cannot recognize myself in reviews from years ago. Yesterday I received a message from an acquaintance of mine that he had received a phone call from Bol real estate agents from Oosterhout. They had looked up my name on the internet and came to him. Whether he wanted to give my phone number because Bol real estate agents had a property in mind..? The acquaintance didn't trust it and, of course, did not pass on my phone number but contacted me about the strange and intrusive phone call he had received. Apparently, they have never heard of privacy laws at this brokerage. So I contacted Bol real estate agents myself. They were contacting me regarding a negative review from 6 years(!) ago.. They no longer had my number and were now trying to find out my phone number via the internet and my circle of acquaintances, under false pretenses (we have a property in mind). They wanted to talk and hoped to convince me to change my review with a bottle of wine... They are trying to 'resolve' a lot of hassle with legal assistance and a sloppy €1000 in extra costs, 6 years later by bothering my circle of acquaintances and sweet-talking me into a conversation and a bottle of wine... No, even after changing ownership, Bol real estate agents remains a very strange and unprofessional company. I hope that now, after 6 years, I am finally done with the practices of this 'special' realtor. If Bol real estate agents then dares to come up with a response to this review saying: 'It was certainly not our intention to reach someone from your circle of acquaintances on the phone.' then they are blatantly lying! Bol real estate agents consciously contacted this particular acquaintance of mine to ask for my phone number! Worthless reaction!

Very bad experience WITH PREVIOUS OWNER ARJEN VAN GORSEL. The broker completely loses it if things don't go according to his plan. He has not been the owner/employee since 2021. In the meantime, I have been approached very nicely by the new owner and staff. They seem to be taking a totally different path and appear very nice. It’s good that it is resolved.

Selling a cv boiler with an existing rental agreement while the purchasing party had already stated during the viewing that they did not want it. The Bol real estate agent even claimed upon signing the purchase contract that the purchasing party was absolutely not bound to this, but ultimately ends up with a redemption sum of hundreds of euros & an unwanted boiler... Also, the Bol real estate agent claimed that the roof of the storage room did not contain asbestos. Even when the selling party indicated that this was indeed the case, the Bol real estate agent insisted that it was not asbestos. When confronted again by the purchasing party two days before key handover, the real estate agent stated 'I'm not an asbestos expert'... The whirlpool bath was explicitly discussed in the house brochure. The selling party eventually stated that it was defective. The purchasing party addressed the real estate agent about this but he (again) did not respond... Our personal experiences are very bad with Bol Makelaardij & their realtor Arjan van Gorsel. In terms of the realtor's expertise as well as communication. Our advice: bring your own buyer's broker. It is extra costs, but then you know what to expect & what awaits you.

Regarding the bathtub, we find it unfortunate that the seller confronted you with this; we were not told that it didn't work and the real estate agent was therefore unaware. The asbestos is clearly stated in the purchase agreement and given the construction year of the property, you should have expected that as well. From your reaction, it appears that you do not consider yourself capable and that support in any form would have been welcome in your case, as you write. Of course, we wish you a lot of enjoyment in your home despite everything; it remains a pleasant and spacious residence.

Unfair and unreliable 'company'. Biemans insisted that I had to bid higher, and that I had to do it quickly, otherwise someone else would buy the house I wanted... I now live in that house... So I told them that I have a permanent contract. They looked embarrassed because they didn't know what I was talking about. I find it very strange that they used the key to my house, but didn't know that I live there... They also assessed my apartment at a value of €300,000.00 despite numerous defects, including: water damage, electrical problems and a huge hole in the wall. They showed my house to interested buyers without mentioning any of these defects. Do you want to sell your house? Then Biemans will help you to sell it for the highest price. Are you looking for a house to buy? Be careful: there are probably problems with the house that Biemans won't tell you about.

We had a very pleasant experience with the ideal real estate agent. They live up to their name. They thought along and came up with good solutions. Appointments at our home outside of working hours were no problem. It was great that they took our busy jobs into account. The photos were good, within 4 days online there were 20 viewings scheduled. Even when something went wrong with the first chosen bid on the other party's side, it was neatly and in consultation with us resolved. You walk into a house to view it (Vondellaan 18 in Oosterhout) and you’ve just taken two steps inside to hear the next story: 'You are standing in a very popular house and although we don't work with asking prices, I must inform you that there have already been many bids higher than the asking price'........... 'You are welcome to view it and afterwards you can submit a bid via email with any conditions'....... 'We would also like to know if you want to make a reservation regarding financing'........... And so it went on! Unbelievable.......... If this were my realtor, I’d have fired him ala minute! Think before you start hiring these kinds of realtors, a disgrace to the NVM! Your reaction is shocking! Apparently, you haven’t understood that your behavior is inappropriate. Even if the market is 'overheated', some decency would be appropriate!

It's been a few months now since my wife and I bought our new house. We are very happy with our purchase in all respects and as skilled professional migrants from South Africa, we feel very welcome in the neighborhood. That being said, our experience after the initial viewing was unpleasant. During our first visit, Michel was on time, well-dressed and very pleasant and helpful. We felt good about the property in Oosterhout and proceeded to purchase with peace of mind. Once negotiations began and our offer was accepted, communication with him diminished somewhat and he became rude towards me and my wife. We asked questions to which he replied “not possible” or “not how we do things in the Netherlands,” only to find out that the owners completely agreed with our requests. I hesitated to write this review, but I have decided to share my experience because I believe the service could have been much better.

Very poor experience: I called on Monday morning to make an appointment for a viewing. Was told that I would be called back. This did not happen; when I call back myself in the afternoon, I am told that viewings have not been possible since Friday. Worthless.

Beautiful house for sale and Verbrugge as the real estate agent. My impression? They don't want to put in any effort and want a lot of commission. After one round of viewings, during which the designated agent didn't even have time himself, we had to choose. No second round or anything like that. And if you point this out, you get... Who is the real estate agent now? Poor!

Very bad, deceitful realtor. Lies about the situation regarding a property for sale, does not accommodate buyers in any way. After an earlier review, which he only reads and responds to after about seven weeks, you must note that no further response is possible. States that he has never received a complaint while we have addressed him on several occasions about his behavior as a realtor. Even complaints filed with Era Nederland regarding this particularly incompetent and slippery realtor!
