29 May 2024Everything went far beyond expectations with H&S regarding the sale of my father's house. On the H&S website it says 'no sales pitches' and 'we like to surprise our customers with that extra step.' Well, this has turned out to be an understatement at H&S! What an incredible amount of work they performed (40+ viewings) and what excellent service they provided! Even though Siny, Linda and Tom have a busy schedule, they don't show it in their communication and always respond directly, professionally and positively. Even until late evenings and weekends. We run our own company and have been to countless businesses over the years, but we rarely come across a team as passionate and professional as H&S. We are not suggesting that the other real estate agents in the Prinsenbeek region do not do a good job, but after just the introductory meeting with Siny, we had made our decision. The H&S team works from passion, does thorough research and takes care of the customer from A to Z. Even up to the purchase of a new home. In short: it simply could not be better. A solid 10 worth, an absolute recommendation and an example for every company!

28 Feb 2025Early December, we went to view a house where Mr. Baaten, as the selling real estate agent from Huizenpraktijk, gave the tour. All interested parties had been given the opportunity until a certain point to submit 1 bid through an online bidding site. We had also done so. That same afternoon, we received a phone call saying that our offer was the best and also received this in writing via email that same evening. The next morning (less than 24 hours later), we received a phone call where Mr. Baaten told us that the sellers had had their own viewing outside of the real estate agent and had offered 20K more. Our bid, which had gone through the official bidding process, was naturally no longer the best bid. We were of course given the opportunity to also offer an extra 20K, so ultimately it still became a 'bidding against each other' game. Through various channels, we later heard that it would have proceeded through the real estate agent anyway, so very disappointing that there seems to be lying and that the sellers received the blame.

A few weeks ago we received a phone call saying they had lost our data and then they sent it via email. I responded asking why they needed it again. No response received. That's strange. We called them, and they claimed to have found our data. Then you just let someone know, don't you? Not so.... Poor service.

02 May 2024Yesterday I received a message from an acquaintance of mine that he had received a phone call from Bol real estate agents from Oosterhout. They had looked up my name on the internet and came to him. Whether he wanted to give my phone number because Bol real estate agents had a property in mind..? The acquaintance didn't trust it and, of course, did not pass on my phone number but contacted me about the strange and intrusive phone call he had received. Apparently, they have never heard of privacy laws at this brokerage. So I contacted Bol real estate agents myself. They were contacting me regarding a negative review from 6 years(!) ago.. They no longer had my number and were now trying to find out my phone number via the internet and my circle of acquaintances, under false pretenses (we have a property in mind). They wanted to talk and hoped to convince me to change my review with a bottle of wine... They are trying to 'resolve' a lot of hassle with legal assistance and a sloppy €1000 in extra costs, 6 years later by bothering my circle of acquaintances and sweet-talking me into a conversation and a bottle of wine... No, even after changing ownership, Bol real estate agents remains a very strange and unprofessional company. I hope that now, after 6 years, I am finally done with the practices of this 'special' realtor. If Bol real estate agents then dares to come up with a response to this review saying: 'It was certainly not our intention to reach someone from your circle of acquaintances on the phone.' then they are blatantly lying! Bol real estate agents consciously contacted this particular acquaintance of mine to ask for my phone number! Worthless reaction!

In the meantime, I have been approached very nicely by the new owner and staff. They seem to be taking a totally different path and appear very nice. It’s good that it is resolved.

29 Oct 2024Unfortunately, a bad experience with this real estate agent. As a selling agent, they make many mistakes. They showed the house to two parties at the same time during viewings, and the agent who led us around was clearly not well-informed about the property. Questions about the seller, neighbors, and the property itself were not answered truthfully. In email correspondence, our salutation was incorrect. Photos of us were taken at the notary's office without our permission. It is clear that houses sell themselves in the current market.

We have searched our system and do see a complete email exchange with, possibly, you, but we can’t find any 4 notes regarding a property in Oosterhout; we only had 1 for sale at the time in Oosterhout at Sint Josephstraat 39. Furthermore, we don't have an internal service department, so all phone calls are handled directly by one of our two real estate agents. We have also spoken to you on the phone several times. We hope you are certain that this concerns us? Because no market conditions excuse poor service, we believe.
