As also communicated to the broker, we have experienced the service from the office as very unpleasant and unprofessional. Unfortunately, from the first moment we missed every form of communication and we always had to initiate contact ourselves to obtain simple answers: whether they would carry out the valuation, when it was scheduled and when we could expect the report. The most frustrating thing is, however, that we felt like we were being strung along and deliberately lied to. We were told that the report was already finished or almost finished, but this was not the case. It was said that the NWWI had a backlog, but when we called them, it turned out that nothing had been submitted at all. By phone, we were half-listened to each time and not called back. Later it also appeared that our broker and the sellers of the house were approached for additional information and photos, while according to van de Wiel the report was already with the NWWI. When we see how the report came about, how we were lied to during this period, and then also see typos in the report, we feel that it has been a rushed job and that we have little confidence in the care with which the report was prepared.
