By having very tight timelines, we involved Kim at the last moment in the procurement. This meant concretely negotiating from Friday evening to Tuesday afternoon. Kim did this perfectly and the extra time over the weekend was no problem at all. Afterwards, she actively helped with the further completion while we were in another part of the world.
