She understands that buying a house is a significant decision, but Rosanne immediately puts you at ease. She is open and transparent, and even after the viewings, we could still contact Rosanne with our questions. We looked at many houses back then and therefore had dealings with many different real estate agents; Rosanne was by far the best and nicest agent we contacted. They are open and honest, their viewing and bidding process is flexible and it doesn't feel as stressful as with other real estate agents. They plan a one-hour tour. This gives enough time to ask questions before you make an important decision about your life and finances. They told me that 'Toff' means 'cool' in Dutch, which is a very appropriate name. P.S. For some reason, the quality of the houses they offer is much better on average than what you can find on Funda.

01 Jan 2024Had a tour of a house in the reeds, the real estate agent indicated that the house had insulation in the intermediate floor but pointed to a floor slab. Also on other questions there was no proper answer. Finally, to my great surprise, she stated as we were leaving that there was already a bid for the asking price so if we wanted the house we would have to offer higher than that. I wouldn't like to be the one who placed the bid. Then you get a nice earful. I wouldn't like to do business with this party again, but you don’t choose who someone else sells their house through.

Zij vinden een persoonlijke benadering belangrijk en dat is aan alles te merken. Als je een makelaar zoekt die nét even wat extra's voor je doet, dan moet je bij Govers Makelaars zijn. Zo kregen we een styliste over de vloer, die met haar expertise van elke ruimte een pláátje maakte. En die mooie plaatjes werden gebundeld in een prachtige brochure. Geen simpele afdrukjes maar echt een mooi, gedrukt boekwerkje voor elke belangstellende. Ze nemen ruim de tijd voor elke bezichtiging en jagen de mensen niet in een paar minuten door het huis. Eric en Carola zijn écht betrokken, denken met je mee en ontzorgen je van A tot Z. Ze krijgen van ons een dikke 10!

Veel persoonlijke begeleiding en aandacht.Werd ook heel veel uit mijn handen genomen, ben niet zo handig met alles online regelen en ook daar werd bij geholpen. Maar ook bv. een kaartje op mijn verjaardag en met kerstmis en een doosje bonbons bij het tekenen van het koopcontract. Ik kan Govers Makelaars bij iedereen aanraden.
