26 Nov 2025Na dat ik netjes 2x een aanvraag had ingediend om een huis te bezichtigen. Kreeg netjes een bevestiging binnen dat ze me aanvraag gingen verwerken maar na paar werkdagen nog steeds niks binnen. De eerste email was op een vrijdag wanneer het huis net online stond. Vanmorgen gebelt krijg je te horen dat er wat fout was gegaan met de e mails kan gebeuren. 2x achter elkaar met 2werkdagen er tussen in is wel heel toevallig. Buiten het feit dat ze ineens me e mail gevonden hadden. En gewoon dood leuk zeggen kan niks voor je betekenen. En als je vraagt van wat kan je me bieden als oplossing. Kan niks voor je betekenen en kan niks voor je doen. Vind het wel belachelijk dat ze niet eens de moeite nemen om een oplossing voor je te zoeken of gewoon simpel weg sorry te zeggen.

Zeer goede en kundige uitleg voor de waardebepaling door Jessica met uitgebreide folder, goede fotograaf, 2 dagdelen met bezichtigingen door twee fijne en vriendelijke makelaars Denise en Jessica. Voor Dylan de binnendienst ook een dikke pluim, reageert snel en regelt alles heel goed. Mijn huis is binnen 2 weken verkocht. Ik zou Yess makelaardij aan iedereen adviseren. Een jaar later ook ons 2e huis verkocht door Yess...als je een goede betrouwbare, vriendelijke en fijne makelaar zoekt ben je bij Yess aan het juiste adres. 03 Nov 2025⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Wij zijn echt SUPER TEVREDEN over de dienstverlening van Yess Real Estate en kunnen ze van harte aanbevelen bij iedereen die een woning wil kopen of verkopen. We kwamen Yess toevallig tegen tijdens een bezichtiging in Barendrecht en kregen toen een kaartje mee. Later hebben we een kennismakingsgesprek gehad met Denise, en dat voelde meteen goed: spontaan, sociaal en duidelijk deskundig. Daarom hebben we haar als aankoopmakelaar gekozen, en daar hebben we geen moment spijt van gehad. Het contact was heel laagdrempelig, via telefoon en WhatsApp, altijd snel en vriendelijk. We kregen duidelijke uitleg bij onze (soms vele) vragen en twijfels, en dat gaf veel vertrouwen. Bezichtigingen werden snel geregeld, als wij aan het werk waren, en Yess zorgde steeds voor een goede voorbereiding met aandachtspunten en relevante documenten. Daardoor wisten we steeds waar we op moesten letten. Ook het biedadvies was realistisch en goed onderbouwd, met oog voor de markt en onze situatie. Fijn is ook dat ze bij Yess bouwkundige kennis in huis hebben – dat gaf extra inzicht en voorkwam dat we op verkeerde woningen zouden bieden. Dankzij de professionele begeleiding van Denise hebben we uiteindelijk onze droomwoning op een droomlocatie gevonden. Kortom: een super ervaring met Yess Real Estate, en in het bijzonder met Denise. Vanaf het eerste moment heeft Denise een enorme hoeveelheid werk uit onze handen genomen. De woningmarkt is hectisch, maar door haar professionele aanpak en kennis voelde het proces voor ons verrassend rustig en overzichtelijk. Ze wist precies waar we moesten kijken en was daarin ook erg proactief. Wat ons vooral is bijgebleven, is hoe zij de complexe taken voor ons regelde. Niet alleen de bezichtigingen en de onderhandelingen, maar ook al het 'papierwerk' en de administratieve rompslomp die bij een huizenkoop komt kijken. By far they had the best preparation, and even before I hired them, they were already putting in effort and doing research. Combined with their large social media network and candidate lists, my choice wasn't difficult, and I've enjoyed a lot of success with it! My house was sold very quickly. Marloes, Pim and Boudewijn… what a wonderful buying team. Each with their own strength, but all equally warm, knowledgeable, patient and involved. They really listened to what I was looking for, thought along (even outside the beaten path). They were always honest, even when a house simply wasn’t it. Clear and fast communication, overall approach is modern and PH works with a fixed rate so negotiating commission is not an issue. Had very good contact with all employees who fully take care of you. In short, a nice no-nonsense company that sells your house quickly in a relaxed way.
