Wat een toffe dames werken er bij Toffwonen! Ons nieuwe huis aangekocht en oude huis verkocht via deze makelaar dit alles binnen een maand tijd. Ze doen hun werk met veel plezier en leveren vakwerk maken mooie brochures en leuke filmpjes voor de verkoop geven voortdurend updates over de stand van zaken. Een echte aanrader dames nogmaals bedankt en ga zo door!!!!

Ik ben bezig met de aankoop van een huis via Rosanne van Toff. Tot nu toe gaat alles goed. Ze zijn open en eerlijk, hun bezichtigings- en biedingsproces is flexibel en voelt niet zo onder druk als bij andere makelaars. Ze plannen een bezichtiging van een uur in. Dit geeft voldoende tijd om vragen te stellen voordat je een belangrijke beslissing neemt, zowel persoonlijk als financieel. Ze vertelden dat Toff "cool" betekent in het Nederlands, een zeer toepasselijke naam. P.S. De kwaliteit van de huizen die ze aanbieden is om de een of andere reden gemiddeld veel beter dan wat er op Funda te vinden is.

We bought a house in Hoeven last year. Rosanne from Toff living was the selling real estate agent. The tour of the property was very relaxed; Rosanne really took her time for us. She understands that buying a house is a significant decision, but Rosanne immediately puts you at ease. She is open and transparent, and even after the viewings, we could still contact Rosanne with our questions. We looked at many houses back then and therefore had dealings with many different real estate agents; Rosanne was by far the best and nicest agent we contacted. Had a tour of a house in the reeds, the real estate agent indicated that the house had insulation in the intermediate floor but pointed to a floor slab. Also on other questions there was no proper answer. Finally, to my great surprise, she stated as we were leaving that there was already a bid for the asking price so if we wanted the house we would have to offer higher than that. I wouldn't like to be the one who placed the bid. Then you get a nice earful. I wouldn't like to do business with this party again, but you don’t choose who someone else sells their house through.
