07 Feb 2025Early December, we went to view a house where Mr. Baaten, as the selling real estate agent from Huizenpraktijk, gave the tour. All interested parties had been given the opportunity until a certain point to submit 1 bid through an online bidding site. We had also done so. That same afternoon, we received a phone call saying that our offer was the best and also received this in writing via email that same evening. The next morning (less than 24 hours later), we received a phone call where Mr. Baaten told us that the sellers had had their own viewing outside of the real estate agent and had offered 20K more. Our bid, which had gone through the official bidding process, was naturally no longer the best bid. We were of course given the opportunity to also offer an extra 20K, so ultimately it still became a 'bidding against each other' game. Through various channels, we later heard that it would have proceeded through the real estate agent anyway, so very disappointing that there seems to be lying and that the sellers received the blame.

Zo kregen we een styliste over de vloer, die met haar expertise van elke ruimte een pláátje maakte. En die mooie plaatjes werden gebundeld in een prachtige brochure. Geen simpele afdrukjes maar echt een mooi, gedrukt boekwerkje voor elke belangstellende. Ze nemen ruim de tijd voor elke bezichtiging en jagen de mensen niet in een paar minuten door het huis. Eric en Carola zijn écht betrokken, denken met je mee en ontzorgen je van A tot Z. Ze krijgen van ons een dikke 10!

Veel persoonlijke begeleiding en aandacht.Werd ook heel veel uit mijn handen genomen, ben niet zo handig met alles online regelen en ook daar werd bij geholpen. Maar ook bv. een kaartje op mijn verjaardag en met kerstmis en een doosje bonbons bij het tekenen van het koopcontract. Ik kan Govers Makelaars bij iedereen aanraden.

I was incredibly fast successful in Breda-Noord. This buyer's agent is a bit more expensive than average in Breda, but I have more than made up for it.
