08 May 2025We have put our house for sale in Wagenberg with Biemans real estate agency and the property has now also been sold. We are particularly satisfied with the service of the employees of the office and especially Jack Biemans. The employees compiled a beautiful photo compilation that included our wishes. The 'house-open-day' is also neatly prepared with brochures and.d. We have come to know Jack as an honest real estate agent (where are they now!?). He calmly guides the 'viewers' through the house and gives them time to make the house their own without being pushy. We, as sellers, found working with Jack very pleasant. He always gave us feedback and kept us informed of events. The MOVE file is very handy; you will find all documents, appointments, bids, contact person notary, etc. there. I would definitely recommend this real estate agent for the purchase/sale of homes in this region Made, Wagenberg, Terheijden, Zevenbergen etc. Jack can also serve the higher segment well. In short, we are very satisfied!

He did good preliminary research in our case, knows the neighborhood and surroundings, and discussed his ideas and proposals well with us. 02 May 2024Yesterday I received a message from an acquaintance of mine that he had received a phone call from Bol real estate agents from Oosterhout. They had looked up my name on the internet and came to him. Whether he wanted to give my phone number because Bol real estate agents had a property in mind..? The acquaintance didn't trust it and, of course, did not pass on my phone number but contacted me about the strange and intrusive phone call he had received. Apparently, they have never heard of privacy laws at this brokerage. So I contacted Bol real estate agents myself. They were contacting me regarding a negative review from 6 years(!) ago.. They no longer had my number and were now trying to find out my phone number via the internet and my circle of acquaintances, under false pretenses (we have a property in mind). They wanted to talk and hoped to convince me to change my review with a bottle of wine... They are trying to 'resolve' a lot of hassle with legal assistance and a sloppy €1000 in extra costs, 6 years later by bothering my circle of acquaintances and sweet-talking me into a conversation and a bottle of wine... No, even after changing ownership, Bol real estate agents remains a very strange and unprofessional company. I hope that now, after 6 years, I am finally done with the practices of this 'special' realtor. If Bol real estate agents then dares to come up with a response to this review saying: 'It was certainly not our intention to reach someone from your circle of acquaintances on the phone.' then they are blatantly lying! Bol real estate agents consciously contacted this particular acquaintance of mine to ask for my phone number! Worthless reaction!

In the meantime, I have been approached very nicely by the new owner and staff. They seem to be taking a totally different path and appear very nice. It’s good that it is resolved.

Nicole Suijkerbuik is very skilled, communicates with both us and those interested in a pleasant way, commits 100% to the sale of the house and perfectly keeps her appointments. This also applies to the rest of the team. They were also present at the final inspection (at 8:00 AM!) and at the transfer with the notary. The brochure of the house was neat, the photos very beautiful and realistic. In short: it costs something but then you get everything you would expect.

They showed the house to two parties at the same time during viewings, and the agent who led us around was clearly not well-informed about the property. Questions about the seller, neighbors, and the property itself were not answered truthfully. In email correspondence, our salutation was incorrect. Photos of us were taken at the notary's office without our permission. It is clear that houses sell themselves in the current market.

Everything is arranged or otherwise they have an idea to solve it. Just a very nice realtor without fuss who you definitely should keep in mind (I certainly will)

The long version: You get to know the team of Mechel Makelaardij in a warm and personal way with genuine attention for your situation. They therefore think along well and come up with very targeted effective and professional advice. Josine really made a difference for me with this. She is also a very warm and pleasant person. The sale went very smoothly and exceeded expectations. All paperwork was taken out of your hands and handled neatly. The guidance was top-notch so that it was completely clear what I could expect and when. If you are looking for a house in Breda, or want to sell one, specifically in Princenhage, then this is -without a doubt- the real estate agent to choose!
