Hele zure nasmaak. Op de site wordt aangegeven dat ze niet meedoen aan het “veiling-gedoe”, met name persoonlijk contact staat hoog in het vaandel. Op vrijdag en maandag waren bezichtigen en het bod mocht doorgebeld worden inclusief voorwaarden. De dag erna een appje: gezien de vele biedingen moesten we voor de volgende dag 9.00 uur ons eindvoorstel doen incl voorwaarden. Wederom een appje dat wij het niet geworden waren helaas. Maar ik ben benieuwd hoe dit proces dan genoemd wordt. Voor ons is het niet anders dan een veiling, waarbij de prijs nog eens extra opgedreven werd. Gereageerd naar de desbetreffende makelaar, maar zij wilde niet ingaan op mijn appje. Ook was door kantoor in een eerdere fase beloofd dat we teruggebeld zouden worden, hetgeen ook niet plaatsgevonden heeft.
