Unfortunately, after being a customer for 9 years, I applied for insurance for a second car. The 'risk' analysis just determined that I would want to cover them up. Never had any issues. 2 recovery damages were neatly settled. And now, after 9 years of being claim-free, your story is not believed and you won't get the discount you normally should receive. Very disappointed and absolutely do not recommend this company. Especially not as an intermediary. Now insurance has been arranged elsewhere where I do get the discounts and therefore pay much less than with verbrugge/zlm
