Do you want support with buying a home - then DO NOT go to woonaccent! We contacted woonaccent in November, we want help with buying our first home - but we didn't get any help. We contacted them for 4 homes because we were interested, at only 1(!) viewing was the purchasing broker (Dennis) present, for the other 3 we were on our own. When I shared these concerns by phone, they said this wasn't a normal situation. For a 5th home, according to the email, a purchasing broker would be present, but no, it was an error in the email. They can’t even offer an apology with this crowd - a huge disappointment and waste of time - it's a shame that you have trust in these people when buying your first home, but that it is actually only about the money for them and bringing in as many customers as possible. Otherwise, they would have made time for us.

Mrs. Brinkman doesn't know the difference between an excellent, characteristic house from the 30s (semi-detached) and a renovated bay window house (terraced house) from the 60s. Also, the size of the interior and plot does not play a role for her!! She clearly based her judgment on her own experience and not on market value.
