Ondanks herhaalde vragen was het huis niet volledig leeg, afvalcontainers zaten nog vol en keukenapparatuur (vaatwasser, oven/kookplaat) werkte niet. Dit had ik vóór het tekenen gemeld. Vervanging kostte €1300, maar er werd slechts €150 vergoed. Ook afspraken over een sleutelverklaring werden achteraf anders geïnterpreteerd. Ik raad toekomstige kopers aan alles vooraf goed vast te leggen.
