Verliep allemaal zeer soepel alles ging snel en alles werd zeer duidelijk uitgelegd. Afspraken werden goed nagekomen.
Hele fijne makelaar , heeft mij geholpen terwijl ik zelf in het buitenland zat Geweldig team. Ik ga zeker weer met ze werken.
Wij zijn enorm blij met Vlot Makelaars als onze aankoop- en verkoopmakelaar. Zij kennen de markt in en om Losser als de beste, weten een goede inschatting te maken van een ideale vraagprijs, de verwachte belangstelling en uiteindelijke verkoopprijs. De begeleiding vanuit hen hebben wij als enorm laagdrempelig en doelgericht ervaren, echt een aanrader dus!
Wij hebben een hele fijne ervaring gehad met deze makelaar. Het hele proces verliep soepel en duidelijk, zonder onnodige stress. Bij vragen kregen we snel en helder antwoord en ze waren altijd goed bereikbaar. We voelden ons echt goed begeleid van begin tot eind. Zeker een aanrader!
De medewerkster tijdens de bezichtigingen was vriendelijk, maar de afhandeling bij oplevering was teleurstellend. Ondanks herhaalde vragen was het huis niet volledig leeg, afvalcontainers zaten nog vol en keukenapparatuur (vaatwasser, oven/kookplaat) werkte niet. Dit had ik vóór het tekenen gemeld. Vervanging kostte €1300, maar er werd slechts €150 vergoed. Ook afspraken over een sleutelverklaring werden achteraf anders geïnterpreteerd. Ik raad toekomstige kopers aan alles vooraf goed vast te leggen.
De makelaar is zeer ter zakenkundig en eerlijk en zeer klantvriendelijk en kent zijn marktgebied ook top advies in alle zaken

Better avoid real estate agents. They don't show up for requested viewings and then refuse to think along in finding a solution, preferring instead to badmouth you.
