He gave us more information about the area and our options than any other agent, and was generally just very honest about everything. He is also the only agent who does viewings in the evening or on weekends, which was very convenient. He even contacted us when he had another property that he thought would suit us. He definitely has the buyer's interest at heart and is extremely trustworthy. He called us himself when a property we viewed received an offer from someone else so that we might also make an offer. Although we ultimately chose another option, Marco Kems even offered to help ensure everything regarding the paperwork went smoothly. Really, only the best experiences.

03 Dec 2025We had a valuation report made by Freddie Bolink. The clear instruction was to value and deliver the report to us. To our amazement, our valuation report was sent to potential lenders before we had it ourselves as if they were advertisement flyers. This entirely without our knowledge, leaving us to wonder if we had given permission for this to Mr. Bolink. Freddie Bolink has been completely unreachable for comment since then. We will not recommend anyone to go into business with this man. Very bad experience, if possible we would have given zero stars.

Claims to be cheap (depends on the price of your property. With a cheap property, you are not always better off!!!!). But your house doesn't sell quickly. Is very passive in selling and you have to come up with an action plan yourself. Also poorly findable on funda. Especially for specific searches. If you don’t believe me, then take a good look at what he offers and how the photos were taken.

Promises mountains of gold when he accepts the sales assignment, but afterwards nothing comes of it and the next step is to significantly lower the asking price……….. someone who knows the market, the real estate agent, should know better, in my opinion. It strongly gives the impression that you are being misled with a high selling price while the agent knows that this is not achievable. Subsequently, the asking price is lowered. Very disappointing. We canceled the assignment at the time and went into business with another real estate agent, at a lower commission and with a positive result

Mike's advice was clear and good and he also drew our attention to a number of important points, such as the maximum deductibility of costs and interest on the tax return.
