Claims to be cheap (depends on the price of your property. With a cheap property, you are not always better off!!!!). But your house doesn't sell quickly. Is very passive in selling and you have to come up with an action plan yourself. Also poorly findable on funda. Especially for specific searches. If you don’t believe me, then take a good look at what he offers and how the photos were taken.

I am super happy with the staff, they helped me excellently and provided information, very friendly and always accessible if you have any issues. You also get quick answers back. This company is definitely recommended for those looking for a home. Everything goes super fast and very pleasantly, I'm glad I made this choice. Otherwise it certainly wouldn't have worked out. When I recently asked them to review the mortgage with us and see together whether it was still future-proof, I had someone sitting at our table within a week who reviewed it with us and gave some useful/smart tips. In addition, he also set something in motion with the provider for us. A week after the meeting, I received a message asking me to keep him informed of the progress. That's real good service. Not just closing [a mortgage], but also being ready for the customer and supportive even after 17 years!

They aren't the big companies, but they know the local market well. Real estate agent Nicky took us on house viewings and gave practical advice, even about future maintenance. During the bidding process, they advised us on a certain amount without overbidding, which saves a lot of money. Communication can take place in English.
