Claims to be cheap (depends on the price of your property. With a cheap property, you are not always better off!!!!). But your house doesn't sell quickly. Is very passive in selling and you have to come up with an action plan yourself. Also poorly findable on funda. Especially for specific searches. If you don’t believe me, then take a good look at what he offers and how the photos were taken.

Promises mountains of gold when he accepts the sales assignment, but afterwards nothing comes of it and the next step is to significantly lower the asking price……….. someone who knows the market, the real estate agent, should know better, in my opinion. It strongly gives the impression that you are being misled with a high selling price while the agent knows that this is not achievable. Subsequently, the asking price is lowered. Very disappointing. We canceled the assignment at the time and went into business with another real estate agent, at a lower commission and with a positive result

Based on that, possibilities were presented that were clear and easy to understand even for us laymen. It's nice in a world where we don't deal with it daily ourselves but are tied to it for a longer period. The short timeframe between the conversation and signing of the deed was also handled excellently. Everything arranged on time and completely according to our wishes. 17 Jun 2025Had an open house at Deppenbroek in Enschede during NVM day. We were helped nicely by a realtor from the office and resident of the property. We received a flyer and phone number from Jordie, the realtor for this house. Called the same day because we wanted to make an offer but no answer, which is understandable as it was the weekend. This Jordie never called back. Called the office on Monday to still submit a bid and ask a few questions for the realtor, I was supposed to be called back. No response to my emails from Monday and Wednesday. Called again on Wednesday late afternoon, eventually heard that a bid had been accepted from other people. Our offer wasn't even heard by this agency. Poorly accessible and don’t take interest seriously. I would not recommend it to anyone, perhaps our offer was higher. No good feeling about this office anymore.

There is personal contact, good guidance and short lines via whatsapp. I bought my house from Prisma in 2020 and therefore had no doubt when I wanted to sell this property after 5 years; I want Primsa as my real estate agent. This resulted in a fine, personal and successful sales process.
