House bought through them and later had the appraisal done but god oh god what a disaster. Called back 4 times because they didn't note the appointments and dates properly, the appointments don't come after all and verbal promises turn out not to be correct. Real estate agents earn it easily nowadays and you can't get around it but you would never hire them yourself to sell something.
